finalmix.io is run by Okan Çam in Türkiye ("we", "us"). When you create an account or use finalmix.io, you agree to these terms with us. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions go to [email protected].
The service
finalmix.io lets you upload mixes, share them with private links and collect notes pinned to the second. The free plan includes 5 GB of storage; Pro includes 1 TB.
Your account
- Give a real e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings in your studio.
Your music
You keep every right to the mixes you upload. You give us permission to store them, measure them (format, loudness and waveform) and play them for you and for the people you share them with, only to run finalmix.io. Upload only music you have the right to share. If a rights holder tells us something you uploaded infringes their rights, we may remove it.
Sharing
Anyone who has one of your links can open it, so you decide who gets them. Listeners can download a track only when you allow downloads for it. Notes left on your tracks are visible to everyone who can open the link.
What you can't do
- Use finalmix.io for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Upload material that infringes someone else's rights, or malware.
- Try to get around our security or limits, or reach other members' files.
- Use notes to spam or harass people.
Pro and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Pro costs $8 a month, or $48 a year paid yearly. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
- Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings in your studio; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we change the price, we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to your next payment.
- If Pro ends and you use more than the free 5 GB, everything you uploaded stays and your links keep working; new uploads wait until there's room.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Our side
finalmix.io, its design and its code belong to us. We work to keep the service running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your masters and sessions. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Suspending accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, isn't paid for, or puts other members or the service at risk. When we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to download your files.
Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and we e-mail you about important changes before they apply. Using finalmix.io after that means you accept the new terms.
